Abstract

Annotatsiya: Alkogolsiz bunday ichimliklar foydalaniladigan dastlabki xom ashyoning turiga qarab, quyidagi uch asosiy gruppaga bo‘linadi: non kvaslari, asalli ichimliklar, meva va rezavor mevali kvaslar va morslar. Bu ichimliklar xarakteriga va ularga ta’m beruvchi, xushbo‘y qiluvchi va salqinlatuvchi afzalliklariga ko‘ra, quyidagicha klassifikatsiyalanadi.
