Ta'lim ozodlikdan mahrum qilish jazosini o'tayotgan shaxslarga taqdim etiladigan keng qamrovli faoliyatning bir qismidir va ularning barchasi bitta kompleks maqsadga erishishga qaratilgan - sobiq mahkumlarni ijtimoiylashtirish va reintegratsiya qilish va takroriy jinoyatlarni kamaytirishga qaratilgan.
