Abstract
Резюме. В литературном обзоре отмечено, что несмотря на постоянное
совершенствование диагностических подходов, развитие новых методов
консервативной интенсивной терапии и принципов хирургического лечения,
частота летальных исходов острого панкреатита сохраняется на высоком
уровне. В настоящее время данный показатель колеблется от 10 до 30%. При
этом летальность на ранней стадии заболевания в большинстве случаев не
превышает 15%, тогда как на поздней стадии при развитии гнойно-септических
осложнений достигает 70%. Поэтому, разработка и развитие новых методов
диагностики, консервативной интенсивной терапии, и внедрение принципов
доказательной медицины в течение последнего десятилетия позволило
несколько изменить структуру летальности.
