Abstract

Abstract: The article analyzes the opinions and opinions expressed in the scientific literature on the qualification of the perpetrator's actions in crimes committed in participation, as well as the opinions of experts. It has been determined that there are different approaches in determining responsibility for the actions of the perpetrator in the crimes committed with participation in the judicial investigation practice, and proposals aimed at eliminating them have been developed.
